Criminal Defense

One of the most difficult experiences in life is when a person is accused of a crime.

Probate of an estate takes place whether a person in Texas dies with or without a will.

A guardianship for a loved one becomes necessary to provide for the basic needs and to manage the financial affairs when that loved one is no longer able to do so.

More About Lori

the importance of a strong work ethic

Lori Botello was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Lori attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. Immediately after graduating from UT in May 2003, Lori attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas as a full-time student to earn her law degree. Growing up, her parents instilled the importance of a strong work ethic.

Beginning in the fall semester of her second year of law school, Lori clerked part-time for a mid-size law firm and continued clerking up until graduating in May 2006. Lori received her license to practice law in November 2006 and immediately began working on her own, providing a broad range of legal services to individual and commercial clients. Overtime, the focus of Lori’s general practice has narrowed to defending those accused of committing crimes on the State and Federal level and providing legal assistance in the delicate arenas of probate and guardianship matters.
